Chris Guy is a co-host of the Minds on the Mersey Podcast.
Alongside the podcast, Chris is Chairman of men's mental health charity, Mersey Mind Project, as well as running a grassroots football club, New Brighton Victoria, where he works at grassroots level to strengthen communities, promote wellbeing, and create positive opportunities through sport and support networks.
